I am more concerned about my rough skin texture than my pores. Do I need a laser?
I am writing to inquire because recently I have been more concerned about the rough skin texture on the sides of my nose and cheeks than the size of my pores themselves.
When I took a picture of my face today, I noticed visible pores around the butterfly zone, and the skin surface appeared uneven, looking slightly bumpy. It doesn't feel very rough to the touch, but when light shines on it, the texture is clearly visible, so my face doesn't look smooth or clean.
Thinking it was due to dead skin cells, I tried using scrubs and peeling products, but it only softened for a short time, and went back to the same state after a few days. In fact, frequent skincare actually caused redness, and it stung when I applied basic skincare products.
As shown in the attached photo, which laser treatment would be best to consult for given the issues with both enlarged pores and fine skin texture? I am also curious whether a treatment that only removes surface dead skin cells is necessary, or a pore laser that stimulates the skin from within. I want my skin to look naturally smooth.
