I am writing to inquire because the skin tone around my nose and cheeks is uneven.

I am inquiring about laser treatment because the skin tone around my nose and cheeks has recently appeared different. My face as a whole is not very dark, but the sides of my nose and the inner parts of my cheeks look slightly red and dull, and there are also areas around my cheekbones that look like faint blotches.

I didn't really notice it when looking in the mirror, but when I checked photos I took myself in a bright place, the difference in skin tone across different areas was more visible than I expected.

When I apply makeup, it seems to even out my skin at first, but as time passes, the redness around my nose returns and my cheeks become dull, so my skin doesn't look clear. I have tried using whitening and soothing products, but I haven't noticed any significant changes.

As shown in the attached photo, if there is both redness and dullness, should I consult a doctor to differentiate between pigmentation and vascular issues? I would like to know which laser is suitable for naturally evening out my skin tone.
