What is the best way to care for cheek skin that has become dull due to UV rays?
I am writing to inquire because the skin around my nose and cheeks seems duller than before since I have been spending more time outdoors recently. Although I applied sunscreen when going out, it seems it didn't stay on properly due to sweating or the passage of time. In particular, areas that look like light pigmentation have appeared around my cheeks and cheekbones, and the sides of my nose also look generally dull and red, making my face look tired.
When I examined the photos I took myself up close, my skin tone didn't look like a single color; it appeared patchy in places. I am wondering if this change is simply temporary dullness caused by UV exposure, or if it is pigmentation that requires laser treatment, such as melasma or blemishes.
Could I receive a consultation to assess the condition of my pigmentation based on the attached photo? My skin tends to redden easily, so I am concerned about very strong lasers. I would also like to know about treatments that can even out my skin tone while minimizing irritation, as well as the recommended treatment frequency.
