The sides of my nose are red and my cheeks are dull; can I treat them with the same laser?

I have redness next to my nose and my cheeks look dull, so I would like to consult about both concerns together. Immediately after washing my face, the area around my nose turns red but subsides after a while; however, the dark feeling on the inner part of my cheeks and around my cheekbones persists.

Looking at the photos I took myself, the area next to my nose is closer to pink, while my cheeks look yellowish or grayish, so my skin tone is uneven.

I suspect that redness and pigmentation have different causes, so I am wondering if they can be managed together with a single laser or if separate treatments are required for each. My skin is on the sensitive side, so I am also worried that receiving multiple lasers at once might be too much of a burden.

Given the condition shown in the attached photo, which concern should I address first: redness or dullness? I would like to know if I can determine priorities based on my skin condition and proceed step-by-step, as well as how long the recovery period and potential redness will be after the procedure.
