My face is dull all over and I have melasma appearing. Which pigment laser is good?

Maybe it's because I've been getting a lot of UV rays, but my freckles and blemishes have been gradually increasing, and my biggest worry these days is that my overall face tone looks dull and patchy. When I go out without makeup, people around me even ask if I look tired or if I'm sick, which is actually quite stressful.

I would appreciate a recommendation for a pigment laser treatment at Maypure that can effectively remove freckles and blemishes and brighten the skin tone! Between Pico Toning and standard Laser Toning, which treatment would show faster results for my patchy pigmentation?

I tend to be sensitive to pain during laser procedures, so if you could also let me know if you usually apply anesthetic cream thoroughly before the treatment, I think I would be able to visit with peace of mind!
