Is Quad Say effective even for oily nose pores?

I have a lot of sebum around my nose and my pores are noticeable, so I would like to get a consultation regarding Quadsay. If you look at the attached photo, the pores are clearly visible on the sides of my nose and in the butterfly zone. Especially on my nose, it seems like the pores look even bigger just a few hours after washing my face as sebum rises to the surface.

I tried using pore packs and sebum removal products thinking it might improve the condition, but my skin only looks clean right after using them, and it goes back to being similar after a few days. In fact, using them frequently makes the area around my nose red and dry, so I am not touching it carelessly right now.

Can I expect Quadsay effects even on skin like this?

If Quadsay focuses on pores and skin texture, I am wondering if sebum needs to be managed separately beforehand. I would also like to know if the intensity is the same as on the cheeks when receiving Quadsay around the nose, or if it is adjusted differently for areas with high sebum production.

I would also like to ask what order is best to proceed with Quad Say and sebum control if I need to do them together.
