Does Quad Say work even on pores with internal dryness?

I am looking into Quadsay because of the enlarged pores around my nose and cheeks, but I am wondering if it is okay for me to get the treatment since I have dry skin. As shown in the attached photo, you can see enlarged pores next to my nose and on my cheeks. After washing my face, my cheeks feel very tight and rough, and over time, oil tends to rise only around my nose.

So I'm not sure if my pores look big because of sebum, or if my skin is dry and the texture is rough, making the pores more prominent.

If I apply too much moisturizer, my nose gets oily, but if I apply a light one, my cheeks feel too tight, so even home care is difficult.

Would Quadsay be effective for combination skin like this? I am wondering if there are cases where I need to address internal dryness or strengthen my skin barrier before using Quadsay. I am also concerned if using Quadsay on dry skin could cause it to feel tighter or become more sensitive.

Please also let me know if moisturizing or soothing care is performed after the Quad Say procedure.
