Will Potenza help with pores that become more visible when wearing makeup?

I am inquiring about Potenza because the pores around my nose and cheeks actually look more prominent when I wear makeup.

On my bare face, my skin texture just looks a little rough, but when I apply cushion or foundation, the base settles into my pores, making each one look much more distinct.

It looks okay in the morning, but as time goes by, oil starts to build up on my nose and my cheeks become dry and flaky, and my skin feels like it's breaking down in an overall messy way. I've tried using a primer, but it only covers it for a short while, and by the afternoon, it actually looks clumpy, so I'm wondering if I need to take better care of my skin itself.

In this case, can we expect the Potenza effect?

I am curious if Potenza works not only to make pores less visible but also to smooth out rough skin texture. I would also like to know if makeup creasing naturally decreases once the skin texture becomes slightly smoother after receiving Potenza, and how many sessions it usually takes to notice a difference.
