Is Potenza effective enough for pore-covered skin with internal dryness?

I am looking into Potenza because of my pores, but since my skin tends to be dry from within, I am wondering if it is okay to get the treatment right away. After washing my face, my cheeks feel very tight and rough, but as time passes, oil only comes up around my nose.

So, sebum and pores are clearly visible on the nose, and on the cheeks, the skin is dry and rough, making the pores appear larger.

My cheeks feel too tight when I use light basic products, but if I apply enough moisturizer, my nose feels stuffy and oily, so home skincare is difficult for me.

Can we still expect the Potenza effect in this state?

I am also concerned that receiving Potenza on dry skin might worsen tightness or sensitivity after the procedure.

I would like to know if it is beneficial to manage the skin barrier or hydration level before receiving Potenza, and what kind of moisturizing or soothing care is recommended after the procedure.
