Please tell me about the effects and features of the Clarity blemish treatment.

I have melasma on the upper part of my cheekbones, and freckles-like blemishes spread across my face and arms, so I want to remove them. I thought Pico Toning was the only treatment for blemishes, but I found out there is also a laser treatment called Clarity. I would like to know how the effects and characteristics of the Clarity blemish treatment differ from Pico Toning. It seems that Pico Toning is the most common treatment for melasma removal, but can I expect the Clarity blemish treatment to be as effective as Pico Toning? Also, what is the applicable range for the Clarity laser blemish treatment? I want to remove the blemishes on my arms along with my face, so I am wondering if body areas like the arms can be treated with Clarity.
