Are there laser treatments that tighten pores?

This is the current condition of my pores; now that summer is over, they look so stretched out again.

Also, I tend to be a bit of a coward, so on the one hand, I get scared and worried if it hurts too much or the downtime is long.

I'm also curious about a pore-tightening laser treatment that allows for the fastest possible recovery while being low-intensity and painless.

I'm not very knowledgeable about this, but from what I've vaguely heard, there is also Fraxel. Would the pain be less if I applied anesthetic cream? Also, how many sessions would I need to see results...?!! Since Fraxel induces skin regeneration and collagen production, will it improve the large pores like in my photo?
