Inquiry regarding the removal of freckles, blemishes, and moles

hello.

I met a friend recently, and their skin looked really clear.
Her face looked radiant overall and her skin tone seemed much brighter, so I asked her what she had done.

So, they told me that they hadn't received any specific other skin treatments; they just went to the dermatologist to have a mole removed, and while getting the mole removed, they also had freckles and blemishes removed at the same time.
Now that I've heard about it, I have quite a few small spots and blemishes on my face, so I suddenly became interested.

I'm curious, are the procedures for mole removal and freckle/blemish removal completely different?
I am also wondering if the cost is calculated separately for each procedure if I want to receive them all at once on the same day.

And can just removing a few spots or blemishes, like my friend did, actually make the skin look much cleaner and brighter?
I don't tend to wear heavy makeup, so I just want my skin to look clear, but now that I'm actually planning to go to a dermatologist, I'm not sure what treatment I should get.

I'm hesitant to go for a consultation right away because I'm worried about being pressured into trying this and that. I'm curious to know how others who have struggled with moles or blemishes like me handled it.
