If this is my first laser treatment and my skin tone tends to be dull, which type should I look into first?

레이저 시술 처음인데 피부톤이 칙칙한 편이면 어떤 종류부터 알아보는 게 좋을까요?

My skin looks particularly dull lately, so I'm considering getting a laser treatment.

It’s not like I haven’t been getting enough sleep, but when I take photos, my overall skin tone looks dull, and even when I wear makeup, it doesn’t look as clear as it used to.

At first, I thought things would get better if I used whitening cosmetics consistently, but even after using them for a few months, I don't really see much of a difference haha.

So I started looking into dermatology lasers, but there are so many types that I don't know what's what lol

I’ve heard there is something called toning and Pico, and that the treatment varies depending on blemishes or pigmentation. I’m curious what criteria are used to choose a procedure for skin that is generally dull like mine.

I would like to know if my skin tone looks brighter immediately after laser treatment, or if it takes a few sessions for it to gradually become clearer.

I'm fine with my skin looking overall even and clean, rather than suddenly getting whiter.

Also, for someone receiving laser treatment for the first time, is it okay to try it just once to check the skin reaction?

Planning multiple sessions from the start feels a bit overwhelming, and I'm not sure yet if my skin is easily irritated.

I am also curious if redness or dryness occurs after the procedure.

I have to wear makeup on weekdays, so I would also like to know if I get it done on Friday evening and rest over the weekend, and if I tend to recover naturally by Monday.

I'm also wondering if it's best to take a break from whitening or exfoliating products for a few days after getting laser treatment.

If there are others who started laser treatments due to skin tone issues like me, please let me know how you received your consultation.

I'm also curious about around the first few episodes when you started feeling like you looked different in the mirror haha.
