Will the blemish treatment be effective on the small pigmentation next to the nose?

Recently, I think I've developed a few pigmented spots that look like small brown dots on the area extending from the side of my nose to my cheek, so I'm considering treatment for these blemishes. They aren't very dark or large, but they are subtly noticeable when viewed up close, and they seem to be even more visible on days when my skin tone is bright.

Even when I use whitening products, the parts that have already formed don't seem to change much.

Can blemish treatment be effective even for such small pigmentations? I am also curious whether some types of blemishes disappear completely with a single treatment, or if they more often fade slowly over multiple sessions.

I would like to know if the surrounding skin brightens along with the blemishes during the treatment, or if only the pigmented areas are treated selectively. Since this is my first time receiving this treatment, I would like to start after observing my skin's reaction rather than undergoing a procedure that is too intense.
