Is it effective for treating blemishes, and is it okay even if the skin tone is uneven?

What bothers me most is not the single dark spot, but the uneven skin tone around my cheeks and nose. Some areas are a bit lighter, while others have a brownish tint, so my face doesn't look clear and clean overall.

It looks less noticeable when I'm in good condition, but on days when I'm tired or my skin is dry, this color difference seems to be more pronounced.

Would it be possible to receive blemish treatment in this case? I am wondering if the blemish treatment is effective only in lightening specific pigmentation, or if it also helps to even out the overall skin tone.

I would also like to know if it is necessary to distinguish between melasma and simple blemishes before starting treatment. If the appropriate laser varies depending on the type of pigmentation, I would like to proceed with the suitable method after a consultation.
