I have several small blemishes on my cheeks and I am considering laser treatment.

I took a close-up picture of my cheek skin, and I saw more small brown dots than I expected.
I usually don't pay much attention to it, but looking at the photo, my skin tone looks a bit uneven and my pores seem more noticeable.
I have small dots, especially on the upper part of my cheeks, but I'm not sure if they are blemishes or freckles.
Is it possible to improve these small pigmentations if I receive laser treatment at a dermatology clinic?
I am looking into Pico Toning or other pigment lasers, but there are so many types that I am having trouble deciding which one to choose.
I am also curious if the appropriate laser varies depending on the type of pigmentation when choosing a dermatological procedure.
Since I plan to get this done while working, I think it would be a bit of a burden if scabs form or redness lasts for a long time after the procedure.
I am curious if there are procedures with a short recovery period, and I would also like to know how many sessions are usually required to expect changes.
If I see several small brown spots like in the photo, which procedure would be best to consult about first? Haha
