Does the InMode effect really show up dramatically?

I feel like my jawline keeps sagging, so I'm looking into lifting treatments, and I heard that InMode is famous.
My friend says they really saw great results from InMode,
I think it might vary from person to person.
There are some people who say they wasted all their money because they saw no results at all, and some others.
It seems there is a huge difference depending on the hospital and the doctor.
I'm really having a hard time choosing.
I tend to have a bit of chubby cheeks. If I use InMode, will my facial contours be significantly refined for someone like me?
I'm not very good at tolerating pain, so I'm worried about the discomfort, but I guess I'll have to endure it to become beautiful.
I'm also wondering if it causes a lot of bruising. I have an important appointment next week, so I'm considering getting it done in advance.
