I don't know how to take care of the Shrink Universe after receiving it.

I am currently monitoring my progress after my first Shurink Universe session, but I am unsure about the proper post-procedure care, so I would like to ask for your advice. I was told to use mild products and apply sunscreen thoroughly on the day of the procedure, but I am wondering if there are any precautions I need to take afterward.

I heard that the effects of Shrink Universe gradually appear as collagen regenerates, but I'm not sure if there is any special care I need to take during that period. For instance, I would like to know if things like saunas or exercise affect the effectiveness of Shrink Universe, or if there is a specific time when I should avoid them. I am also curious if there are any home care products that create synergy when used alongside the treatment. If those who have received the treatment could share how they cared for their skin afterward, I would use that information as a reference before my second session.
