In-mode effect question

I'm looking into InMode because of my double chin and deep cheek fat. When do people usually start seeing results? I'm curious if the lines get defined immediately or if the fat takes time to go away. I'm also a bit scared because I see a lot of reviews saying it's painful. I'd also like to know if the bruising or swelling tends to last a long time!
