Is there a big difference between Shurink and Ulthera?

I'm looking into lifting procedures, but I'm not really sure about the difference between Shurink and Ulthera. There's quite a price difference, so is the difference in effectiveness significant as well? I'm the type who wants to naturally refine my jawline and facial contours rather than improve skin elasticity, so I'm hesitant about anything looking too excessive. I'm also curious about the duration of the results and how painful it is. I'd love to hear reviews from those who have had the treatments!
