I heard InMode really removes fat and improves skin elasticity. Should I get the treatment?

I have a few questions regarding facial line lifting procedures.

I’ve been really worried lately because my jawline doesn't look the same as it used to, and my double chin and cheeks seem to be sagging noticeably—perhaps due to age. Many people around me have highly recommended InMode, saying it is very effective for removing unnecessary facial fat and significantly boosting skin elasticity. However, I’m a bit of a scaredy-cat, so I’m worried first about whether the pain will be bearable even without numbing cream. I’m also curious if I experience any redness, marks, or bruising after the treatment, and if so, how long it usually takes for them to disappear. I have to go back to work starting the very next day.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know if the director examines the problem areas meticulously with InMode, and how many repeat sessions are typically required to see satisfactory results.
