Is it possible to get lifting procedures and skin care together?

Hello. I am considering a lifting procedure to improve skin elasticity and have a few questions.
I am currently receiving regular skin care treatments, and I am wondering if it is possible to combine them with a lifting procedure. If so, I would also like to know how much time I should leave between treatments before and after the procedure.
Additionally, my skin tends to be somewhat sensitive. I would appreciate it if you could inform me whether lifting procedures are suitable for sensitive skin and what precautions I should take before the procedure.
