What kind of double chin lifting should I get to get rid of my double chin?

Even after losing weight, my double chin just won't go away, and I feel so depressed because my jawline looks dull every time I look in the mirror. I'm tired of covering it up with makeup or filters, so I'm considering getting a double chin lift. Since it's my first time, I don't know much about it, so I'm posting this.

I searched online and found there are so many types that, as a beginner, I have absolutely no idea what's what. I'm really scared because I saw reviews saying it hurts to the bone. Is there a painless procedure that even a coward can tolerate? I'm also worried that severe bruising or swelling will make it very noticeable when I go to work.

Also, is it usually possible to see a visible slimming effect after just one double chin lift session, or do I need at least three sessions consecutively for the effects to last a long time?

I'm hesitant to make a decision because I'm worried I'll just waste my money and it won't be effective. If anyone has had a double chin lift, please share any tips on which procedures worked well or how to choose a clinic.
