My cheeks are sagging. How long does the InMode effect last?

I haven't gained any weight, but as I get older, I can't defy gravity and my chin is sagging downwards ㅠㅠ My cheeks stick out around the corners of my mouth, making me look really sullen and much older even when I'm just standing still haha. I don't think contouring injections will be able to fix this sagging skin at all, so I'm looking into radio frequency lifting that destroys unnecessary fat! Among them, the most famous Inmode I'm thinking about getting it done. Would it be perfect for a face with a severe double chin like mine? I'm a bit scared because of the rumors that it gets super hot and leaves bright red bruises, but if it just makes my jawline slimmer...
