Will older people also see results from skin elasticity management?

My family has never received any dermatological treatment, let alone skin elasticity management.
I've had dermatological treatment several times.
As you age, your skin elasticity has noticeably decreased. You can also see a lot of wrinkles.
In this case, I'm not sure how effective skin elasticity treatment would be.
Or should treatments like wrinkle improvement come first, and then skin elasticity-related treatments come later?
