Is the effect on blemishes really good if I do Pico Toning consistently?

I spent the whole summer outdoors, so I’ve gotten a ton of blemishes on my face... haha. I’ve been diligently applying sunscreen, but it’s no use. My skin tone looks dull overall because of the freckles and blemishes, so I get upset every time I look in the mirror.

So I've been searching around to see if I can get Pico Toning. I've heard that it definitely shows faster results than regular toning. I'm curious if consistent Pico Toning helps improve skin texture as well. How often should I visit for the best results, and how much pain is involved? Please share your experiences if you've been there! I'm also curious about the cost.
