How many days should I keep the Duoderm healing tape on after mole removal?

I am an office worker preparing to have a few moles on my face removed via laser. I have heard that proper regenerative care using a moist wound dressing like Duoderm is the most important step after removal. I am writing this question to find out the care methods and schedule in advance before the procedure. I understand that a white, swollen area usually appears after mole removal, so I would like to know the exact duration for which I need to keep this regenerative tape on and replace it regularly.
Do I need to replace it with a new one every day whenever it swells up and turns white? Or is it correct to keep it on for a few days until there is no more discharge? Please tell me how long I should wear the tape on the mole removal site, and when I can remove it to wash my face normally or apply sunscreen.
