Will hair loss treatments really be as effective as expected?
I am really stressed because I’ve noticed a significant increase in the amount of hair falling out when washing or drying it lately, unlike before. I’ve tried taking supplements and changing my shampoo, but since there hasn't been much change, I started looking into hair loss treatments. I’ve heard that many people around me are managing their hair by getting treatments these days. I am particularly curious if undergoing treatments on areas where the hair looks thin, such as the crown or parting, helps improve overall hair density or strengthen hair roots. I would be grateful if those who have actually received these treatments could share their experiences regarding how long it takes to notice a reduction in hair loss or a return to elasticity. Realistic advice from those who have gone through this would be a great source of strength for me.
