Is Pico Toning okay for melasma and blemishes that have increased after outdoor activities?

After spending a lot of time outdoors during the summer, the faint freckles and blemishes on my face have become noticeably darker. Even though I took good care to apply sunscreen, it seems to have worn off due to sweat; the area under my eyes and around my cheekbones has become patchy, making my overall skin tone look dull.

I have heard that Pico Toning is the most widely used procedure for thoroughly removing stubborn pigmentation. Many people around me have also recommended it, saying that among laser toning treatments, it is less irritating and effective for destroying pigment. I am wondering if the Pico Toning laser responds effectively to pigmentation that has suddenly darkened due to prolonged exposure to UV rays, like mine.

I would also like to know how often I should receive treatments to experience noticeable tone improvement, and what the recommended frequency is. If anyone has personally received Pico Toning at Maypure, please share your honest experience regarding the level of pain!
