For those who have received Clarity blemish treatment, how effective is the improvement in melasma?

I'm upset because I neglected my skincare all summer, and now I see so many blemishes and dark spots have appeared on my face. Covering them up with concealer is reaching its limit, so I am thinking of getting professional blemish treatment with Clarity.

Everyone says the Clarity blemish treatment is great for improving skin tone, but is it really that effective? I'm really curious to know how satisfied those of you who have received the Clarity laser treatment regularly have been. I'm also worried about whether scabs or redness last a long time after the procedure, so I really need real reviews from those who have been there... haha.
