When I start skincare, is it better to consistently do just one thing?

I have hardly ever received dermatological care until now, so I am wondering how to approach it when I first start.

As I looked into it, I found it difficult to decide what criteria to use when choosing because there are so many types of treatments—such as those for pores, skin texture, hydration, elasticity, and skin tone—and each involves different procedures.

In my case, I am most concerned about the oiliness around my nose and the rough texture of my cheeks, but I would also like the overall condition of my face to improve a little.

Is it better to try one type of treatment for a certain period and check the response, rather than trying multiple things at once from the start?

Alternatively, I am wondering if it is possible to treat two issues together if my skin concerns are interconnected. Rather than focusing on cost or the number of sessions, I would like to start by selecting only the treatments that are absolutely necessary for my skin.

피부관리를 시작하면 한 가지만 꾸준히 하는 게 좋은가요?
