When preparing mobile phone photos for blemish treatment procedures, how do you adjust the lighting and shooting intervals?

I am wondering how I should prepare photos on my phone to help with my blemish treatment consultation. I have not yet received any treatment. Since the color of the same area looks different when photographed by a window compared to under indoor lighting, I think it will be difficult to judge the changes based solely on the photos.

When consulting about blemish treatment at Maypure, is it advisable to prepare a side view photo in addition to a frontal photo with editing disabled? I am concerned that shooting conditions may differ, such as immediately after washing my face or after applying sunscreen, as this could affect the comparison. If progress photos are taken at the clinic, I would also like to know how photos taken at home are used as supplementary information.

Can I also be advised on the shooting interval to check the effectiveness of the blemish treatment during the initial consultation? I am concerned that taking photos every day might make me overly sensitive to small differences in lighting, so I am curious about the method of taking photos at fixed intervals from the same location and distance. I would also like to know if I need to record the degree of color fading and new spots separately, and I should be informed of the criteria for contacting them without waiting for a scheduled appointment if I experience stinging or redness.
