Skin becoming drier in the dry weather.

As the autumn wind turns colder, my already dry skin feels like it is parching even harder. I tend to have internal dryness, so my facial skin is on the dry side as well. Lately, not only is my face dry, but I've also been getting frequent hangnails on my hands, making hand care quite difficult.

I am getting stressed because even though I am paying attention to moisturizing by applying hand cream frequently, my hands do not seem to be improving much. In particular, the roughness and hangnails around my fingernails bother me every time I look at them. I am worried because these symptoms seem to worsen as the weather gets colder.

No matter how hard I moisturize my hands, it feels like they never get any better. For those of you who, like me, have dry hands and frequent hangnails, how do you manage them? If you have any hand creams or care tips that have worked for you, please recommend them.
