How do you manage skin dryness in late autumn?

My skin seems to become particularly sensitive during times like these when temperatures drop. It is fine in the morning, but by the afternoon, my cheeks and the area around my mouth become dry, and the tightness is severe after washing my face. I try to apply plenty of moisturizer, but it feels like my skin dries out even more easily now that the indoor heating is on. I am paying more attention to my water intake than usual and trying to use mild products instead of harsh cleansers. However, since the internal dryness doesn't seem to be resolving, I am considering treatment through dermatological procedures. That said, since my skin tends to be sensitive, I am worried about which procedure would be suitable for me. I would like to know what lifestyle habits or home care are helpful during this time, and what I should check when consulting about a procedure.
