Is it possible to get rid of whiteheads?

I'm confused as to whether this is a whitehead or a water wart.

Do whiteheads spread?

I have a lot of acne that keeps spreading all over my face. I tried to get rid of whiteheads once, but it kept coming back.

I'm confused whether it's a whitehead or a water wart... ㅜ

 

It's really hard to take care of your face ㅠ

Nothing gets better, only bad things keep happening.

I wonder if I can get rid of whiteheads at home.
