Under what conditions should acne patches be applied, and how should I prepare before a consultation?

Hello. I am a 30-year-old woman concerned about acne and enlarged pores. While researching acne management methods, I am contacting Maypure because I am curious about how to distinguish between conditions where patches can be used and those where it is better not to. Rather than receiving recommendations for specific products, I would like to first understand the usage guidelines suitable for my skin condition.
Do you determine whether to use the patch differently for areas that are white and raised, areas that are only red, or areas where the surface has already peeled? Can I also check during the consultation the possibility of irritation caused by the ingredients or adhesive in the patch? Rather than arbitrarily deciding the application time or replacement frequency, I would like guidance on how to respond if redness or itching occurs after removal.
I am also wondering if it is better to remove the patches before the appointment, and if recording the product name and usage time would help in checking the condition. Should I check separately based on the prescription whether it is acceptable to apply a patch over the medication area? The attached image is for reference only for the consultation questions. It would be helpful for me to carefully determine the direction of management if you could explain the difference between managing the condition by covering it with a patch and conditions that require prior medical examination.
