Elementary school acne

My child, who is in the 6th grade of elementary school, has recently started getting acne on his forehead and around his nose.

I think I'm going through puberty, but I'm worried it might be too early.

I really don't know if it's normal for elementary school kids to have acne at this age and how to manage it.

Has anyone experienced acne in elementary school?
