My skin is now bumpy and pockmarked from acne scars… How should I manage them?

When my acne was severe, I didn't manage it properly and kept squeezing it, so now my skin is covered in pockmarks, like pockmarks. My cheeks and forehead are especially rough, and I feel stressed every time I look in the mirror.

These days, I'm trying to use a regenerative cream to try to improve the scars a little, but I'm not sure if it's effective.
