I am suffering from persistent pustular acne.
I thought acne only happened during puberty.
Even though I'm well past puberty, the red, painful rashes keep coming back. It's a vicious cycle: when one area subsides, it starts again somewhere else.
I've tried countless methods like ointments and packs that are said to be good on their own, but they only have temporary effects and don't provide a fundamental solution.
Especially, deep-seated, pustular acne that is not properly extracted leaves unsightly scars, so now I am afraid to even look in the mirror.
Now it seems like I'll never be able to escape this battle with pustular acne that I can't solve on my own.
I would like to know and practice effective treatment methods (medications, procedures, etc.) and lifestyle modification advice to help alleviate pustular acne.
I would like to ask for some practical advice on how to end painful, pustular acne.
