I'm increasingly concerned about my acne-prone skin.
Hello, I'm a male office worker. Because my work hours are irregular, such as shift work, this can have a negative impact on my physical condition. Due to this irregular lifestyle, I've noticed that the acne around my chin and cheeks is getting worse.
Every morning, when I shave, I get cuts and my skin is a mess. And because of the red, acne-prone skin, I'm starting to feel nervous about meeting people and my confidence has plummeted. Changing my work schedule is difficult, and I feel like I need to see a dermatologist.
I'm not sure which treatment (extraction, medication, laser, etc.) to start with. Specifically, what's the most effective initial treatment for soothing inflamed, irritated acne skin and minimizing scarring? I'd also appreciate recommendations for a customized acne skin care routine or product for office workers to maintain clear skin in the long term.
