I've been having a lot of skin troubles lately.

Every time I look in the mirror, I'm startled by the completely different face I see. My condition used to recover quickly in the morning, even after an all-nighter, but now it seems to stay the same even after a few days off, and it's frustrating. I try to stay healthy by taking supplements and getting enough sleep, but improving existing skin troubles isn't always easy. I've switched to a gentle cleanser and carefully considered my basic skincare, but I feel like I need a fundamental solution.
