How to manage acne pigmentation?

These days, every morning, after washing my face and looking in the mirror, I feel incredibly depressed. I used to quickly regain my vitality even when I was tired, but these days, I'm starting to notice that my skin isn't what it used to be. Last month, I was so stressed that I started getting breakouts all over my face, and I think that was the root of it all.

Even after my breakouts have subsided, acne pigmentation remains. It's bothering me because it seems to darken my overall appearance. I've been consistently applying whitening products and paying close attention to hydration, but progress is slow. I'm worried that my skin's regeneration cycle has slowed down, or that I'm just using the wrong skincare routine. I double-apply sunscreen when going out to prevent further darkening, but once acne pigmentation appears, it's persistent and bothersome. I apply ampoule generously every evening and massage my skin, but I still look dull in the mirror, which is frustrating.
