I'm shocked by what I see in the mirror. What home care should I start with?

Yesterday, after finishing my overtime work, I came home and looked in the mirror to wash my face, and I was really upset because my skin was so dull under the fluorescent lights. In the past, I would just apply a little toner and it would look shiny, but now I feel like I need to take care of my skin. It's too much time and money to go to the aesthetic salon every time, so I try to do it thoroughly on my own. Home care I decided to start. I took out the massager that was buried deep in my dresser and searched for a good ampoule, but there are so many types that it's not easy to choose.
