My skin has been ruined while traveling abroad. Will my hastily revised skin care routine be okay?

Hello. I'm currently traveling abroad, and my skin has been severely damaged, perhaps due to the sudden change in climate and the use of lime water. I'm using the soothing ampoule I brought with me in a hurry. My Skin Care Routine I am trying to address this by making a full correction, but the itchiness and dryness are not going away, so I plan to visit right after returning home.
