Whiteheads... If I leave this alone, will it turn into an abscess?

Recently, tiny whiteheads have started appearing on my forehead. They're not noticeable, but they feel rough when I touch them, so it's really bothering me.

I tried squeezing it, but it didn't come out and instead just got redder, so I stopped for now. Will it go away if I just leave it? Or should I go to the hospital and get it extracted?

If there's anyone who's gotten rid of their whiteheads with home care, please give me some tips. Should I change my cleansing oil or add more moisture? Every time I look in the mirror, the light reflects off of me and it's so annoying.
