I have an inquiry regarding acne treatment.

My skin is naturally very oily, so I am trying to manage it in my own way. While the pimples that burst on the surface have mostly disappeared, I don't know what to do about the ones that are hard and festering deep inside the skin and won't pop. I think the fundamental problem is that the sebum secreted by the sebaceous glands isn't being expelled from the skin.

I have heard that there are acne treatments that completely suppress sebaceous gland activity. I would like to know what types of treatments exist that inhibit sebum secretion itself. Please also let me know how many sessions are required to see results and what the cost is.
