Adult acne... Is extraction the answer? T_T

Hello~ My skin wasn't originally on the bad side, but recently, pus-like bumps keep popping up around my mouth and chin, and it's driving me crazy..ㅠㅠ I don't know if this is what they call adult acne or what.. I try not to touch them with my hands, but they pop when I wash my face, and I'm so worried about scarring. Would getting acne treatment at Maypure help? I'm wondering if there are any doctors here who are good at extractions and anti-inflammatory injections.. If anyone has solved a similar problem, please give me some advice!!
