Concerns about acne scar laser treatment

The area isn't large, but there are deep pits here and there. I'm thinking of getting scar treatment, but I assume it's impossible to get rid of them completely, right? I would be satisfied if they returned to just 80%, but if they don't even reach that level, I wonder if the treatment is even worth it. It happens to be in a very visible spot, so it really bothers me. Since they are so deep, there is a limit to how much I can cover them up with makeup. It really makes me feel depressed.
