How do I get rid of the red marks left after squeezing a pimple? ㅠㅠ

I squeezed huge pimples on my chin and cheeks at home, and they left behind red scars. ㅠㅠ Even after time passes, they just keep turning darker and show absolutely no signs of fading. Will they completely disappear if I get laser toning treatments consistently? Or should I apply a regenerating ointment separately? I'm really conflicted. Please share some tips from those who have successfully gotten rid of scars lol.
