Is it normal for acne to come back after getting PicoFraxel?

I previously posted that my pores and acne marks seemed to be improving after getting PicoFraxel, but recently, acne has started coming back on my chin.

I read somewhere that PicoFraxel is a procedure that induces skin regeneration, so temporary breakouts can occur. However, it has been quite a while since I had the treatment, and I can't tell if the new breakouts are due to the procedure or if it's just because I naturally have excessive sebum.

I've always had a lot of sebum, but it seems to have gotten particularly worse lately, so it's bothering me.

I'm not sure if it's okay to proceed with the next procedure as scheduled in this situation, or if it would be better to wait until the breakouts have completely subsided. I'm also wondering if it's better to just leave them alone without forcibly squeezing or touching them. I could just go to the dermatologist and ask directly, but I wanted to ask those who have had similar experiences first. If anyone who has received the same procedure has encountered this, please let me know how you handled it.
